  • Talk to your Support Coordinator – Let them know you’re interested in Community Engagement with Your Choice Family Counseling, LLC. 
  • Request our services – Ask your coordinator to include Your Choice Family Counseling in your child’s service plan.
  • Connect with us directly – We’re happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
